Chef Weerawat "Num" Triyasenawat, along with his brother Chef Joe, embarked on a culinary journey by opening a casual eatery in Udon Thani city centre. This unique establishment quickly garnered attention from international food enthusiasts, becoming a standout dining destination in Isaan, Thailand.
While Chef Num focuses on crafting delectable dishes using traditional Thai ingredients and contemporary Western techniques, Chef Joe brings his expertise in mixology and a deep understanding of food as medicine to the table. Known for his exceptional drink-making skills, Chef Joe creates innovative and refreshing concoctions that perfectly complement the flavors of the dishes.
